Refund Policy

Once registration fees are paid, they are refundable as indicated below:
2 weeks or more before the first day of camp - Full refund less $25 processing fee
2 weeks to 1 week prior to the first day of camp - 50% refund
Within 1 week of the first camp day, all fees are non refundable

All transfers/cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (info@tdprd.org) by 5:00pm, two weeks (14-DAYS) prior to camp day.

Not all transfers/cancellations will be accommodated. All requests made after the deadline will be denied and fees will be forfeited.
Transfers for different days are pending availability. An additional $5 processing fee will be applied for all transfers per participant per transaction.
All approved camp cancellations will receive a 50% credit to TDRPD account if notification is made by the deadline.

No full refunds will be issued AT ALL once participant is enrolled and payment is captured.

If the child's age is misrepresented to get into the program, the child will be withdrawn and 0% of the fees will be refunded.

Refunds are not issued if a child is suspended from the program for disciplinary reasons.

Cancellation & Refund Request Policy:

Participants may request to withdraw or transfer prior to the first-class meeting. All requests made after the first class will be denied, and fees will be forfeited.
Refunds will be issued to the original payer.
An email must be sent to info@tdrpd.org with the title of Refund Request.
100% of fees will be credited to your TDRPD account, or a $15.00 refund processing fee per participant per activity will be kept from registration fees, and the remainder will be refunded via original payment.
If refund via check is requested, please allow up to 4 weeks for your request to be processed.
